Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Gazo, you agree to these terms. Gazo is operated by Mano Vikram from India. If you do not agree, please do not use the product.

2. What Gazo is

Gazo is a macOS app for capturing, organising, and auto-tagging design references. It is currently in a free, invite-only early-access pilot, which means it is still being built and refined.

3. Your account

Pilot access is by invitation. Keep your login details private — you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@usegazo.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

4. Your content and ownership

You own the references you add. You grant Gazo only the limited licence needed to run the service for you — to store, process, display, and (for tagging) send your images to our AI provider, as described in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for what you upload. You confirm you have the right to capture and store the references you add, including any client or third-party material, for your own reference use.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Gazo for anything unlawful, or to store content you have no right to store.
Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or other users.

6. AI tags

Tags and summaries are generated automatically and may be incomplete or wrong. Treat them as helpful hints, not facts.

7. Pilot, availability, and changes

Gazo is provided "as is" during the pilot. Features may change, break, or be removed, and we do not promise uptime, uninterrupted access, or that data will never be lost. Keep your own copies of anything critical. We may modify or discontinue the pilot at any time.

8. Fees

The pilot is free. Any future paid plans will be announced in advance, and pilot participants will be told before anything changes for them.

9. Termination

You can stop using Gazo at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated. You can request deletion of your account and data whenever you like.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gazo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, arising from use of an early-access product provided free of charge.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the courts located in India.
